Born and raised in Orange County California. Moved to Colorado in 2009, then finally settled in Arizona in 2014. I obtained my Arizona real estate license in Spring of 2015. I have been actively doing real estate transactions as a transaction coordinator since the year I obtained my license. I have closed hundreds of transactions as a full-time professional transaction coordinator over these last several years. Just when I think I have seen it all - I haven't. Real estate keeps me on my toes, and I love what I do. I started Cactus Blossom Real Estate Transactions because I truly enjoy helping agents by saving them time and energy. Brittney is an Arizona native who grew up across the valley. She attended Arizona State University, where she received a degree in Forensic Science. Prior to venturing into real estate, she worked for a criminal defense law firm and a local non-profit, where she still continues to put in time and support. Through this, she found a passion for being an advocate for others and a desire to make a difference in the community.
She considers herself a forever student by continuing her education within the real estate industry and by focusing on her growth in professional development. From owning her own home at a young age, Brittney understands that having a place to call home provides stability, security, and happiness. A home allows you to express yourself, create traditions, and build financial security. As a full time REALTOR®, she practices honesty and transparency while providing excellent service to buyers and sellers across the Valley of the Sun. Vanessa is a licensed Arizona REALTOR® with over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, with a strong background in operations, administrative support, and hands-on transaction experience. She began her career as an Executive Assistant before transitioning into real estate sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the behind-the-scenes details and the client-facing side of the transaction.
Having managed her own transactions and supported real estate teams, Vanessa understands the importance of organization, clear communication, and consistency from contract to close. She values relationships over transactions and brings a thoughtful, reliable, and service-driven approach to supporting agents.
Outside of real estate, Vanessa enjoys spending time with family and exploring new places.
